2020-08-12 - Updated through online infomation from Rev. Robert Lefebvre, Jr. -- Hi, I am the current pastor of Bethany United Methodist Church and the organ is still used every week for Sunday services and any special services that should occur. The organ is a unit organ of 3 ranks playable over 2-manual. A Lieblich Gedeckt plays at 8',4', and 2' on the Swell and 16' and 8' in the pedal. The Swell also has a Salicional playing at 8' and 4'. The Swell also has 2 hybrid stops: Quintadena 8' and Oboe 8'. The Great has a Coned Diapason that plays 8' and 4'. The Lieblich Gedeckt and Salicional play at 8'. The instrument has a 2-2/3' on each manual... not sure what they come from. The organ was dedicated in 1948, but we cannot find church records as to when it was placed in the church. -Jim Stettner
