It is understood that all such pipes will be reparied, revoiced and rescaled in the factory of M. P. Möller, Inc., and will be guaranteed to be in first class condition when installed in the new organ. [M. P. Möller] agrees to remove the present Haskell Organ, in part or in whole, from the present Chapel, as may be directed, within one week after written notification is received from the church. The specification for the main organ dated 6/21/40 showed the Echo organ prepared-for; there is also an attached specification for the Echo Organ dated 7/7/41.
