Notes

2008-03-05 - Identified from factory documents and publications courtesy of Stephen Schnurr. -Database Manager

2021-01-26 - I was recently hired as the Director of Music for this congregation. This Whitelegg Moller is in excellent mechanical shape, and with the exception of a new rectifier, is almost completely unaltered from its installation. The console however is in need of a facelift; at some point the original drawknobs were replaced with cheap plastic ones that were installed rather haphazardly. In addition the label plates (apparently an early plastic rather than ivory) have shrunk and cracked over time, and the Moller nameplate is missing. The ivory on the manuals is in excellent shape for 80 years of use. It is my plan to eventually have the drawknobs and labels replaced, and I am also contemplating upgrading the instrument to a solid-state control system. -Colin O'Malley
