2022-03-23 - The congregation moved to a new facility on N. University Parkway in 1977, at which time they took the name Christ United Methodist Church. Moller rebuilt the organ at that time and relocated it to the new sanctuary, with some tonal changes; the congregation sold the facility to High Point Univerity in 2016 and merged into First United Methodist Church in 2019. -Jeff Scofield
