2015-03-31 - Updated through online information from Jesse Nietzer. -- The organ, which cost $3,550.00, was dedicated on November 7, 1947. A set of 15 chimes were installed sometime after that. In the late 90-s, the organ underwent minor work in which it received a new set of chimes (used) to replace the cracked older chimes. Other minor repairs were done at this time. During the summer of 2006, Patrick J. Murphy & Associates Inc. pipe organ builders completely renovated the organ. They re-leathered the console and the chests. Mechanical action for the chimes was also installed at this time. -Database Manager
