Notes

2008-04-14 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was installed new in the new edifice, which was a merger of First Congregational (1811) and Central Congregational (1847). The new 1912 edifice was built on the site of First Church. The organ had worn out by 1970, and was replaced by a new, 3-man., 25-rank M. P. Möller. The chimes added in 1958 were retained in the Moller. -Database Manager

2023-03-17 - From the parish website, *"The original organ, installed when the church was built, was by Kimball, Small and Frazee of Boston. By 1970 it had worn out and was removed."* -Jim Stettner
