2008-04-22 - Identified through online information from Stephen M. McMullen. -- This is old St. Albert organ that was in storage for two years. It was installed at St. Albert in 1968, being moved from St. Elizabeth Church, East St. Louis, Ill. This organ did not have an 8' principal anywhere on it....it had an 8' Rohrflote and 4' Prestant. This has been corrected. It now also has a celeste on the swell. This organ has been augmented with digital sounds, incl a 32' pedal stop. The pipes, blowers, and registers were taken to Wicks, refurbished, and re-installed. A new console is now used; the old one was well worn, and the wrong color for the wood in this church. -Database Manager
