Notes

2008-05-17 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was originally built for the chapel of St. John's College in Winfield, KS. It was removed from there by the original builder and refurbished before relocation to and installation in Austin. -Database Manager

2015-05-14 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The Schlicker served here over 20 years. But Concordia moved to a new campus in N. Austin, and no chapel facility was available. The organ sat in climate-controlled storage for several years. With no chapel available in the foreseeable future, Concordia made the sacrificial decision to make the organ available to another venue where it could see continued service. It was ultimately moved to Grace Episcopal Church in Georgetown, TX. with a relocated 1998 Kegg console from First United Methodist Church in Cleveland, Ohio and Walker digital additions. -Database Manager
