2009-11-13 - updated through information from Anthony Meloni, who is handling the sale of the organ: The Baptist church sold the building to a group called Immanuel Center for Conscious Living. The building and organ have not been disturbed. The organ is an original installation, and in EXCELLENT condition. A prospective buyer would have to consider a console upgrade (the mahogany console interior is a French polish, and looks like it just left the factory), releathering, and retro-fitting. -Database Manager
