2015-06-27 - Damaged beyond repair by 1963 fire; the surviving remnants such as some windchests and pipework were used for Aeolian-Skinner Op. 1451 in 1964; a new Austin console was installed in 1970; rebuilt by Casavant in 1982 as 3/44 Project 81-22, retaining 31 Aeolian-Skinner ranks, the Austin console and 12 Hall pedal pipes. -Database Manager
