2010-04-24 - Updated through on-line information from Joseph Bertolozzi. -- The Echo division is from the original (previous?) Austin organ. It is currently disconnected as is needs to be restored. The Great Trumpet is not from the original Moller. It is rumored to have been transplanted from the West Point organ by the curator. [of both West Point and First Pres. at the time, I can't remember his name - perhaps Henry van Seters]. It is installed on a direct electric offset chest. The rest of the organ is electro-pneumatic. I'm not sure what date this addition was done. Around 2001, George Hunt donated a Zimbelstern. It is located inside the chamber and is activated by a reversible toe stud. In 2008, the Great division was completely restored with new leather. The swell division was restored in the late 1980's. The choir division is currently (2008) all functional, but is in need of restoration. This information was provided in April 2010 by the last presiding organist, Kevin M. Donnelly. -Database Manager
