Notes

2008-10-14 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This "conglomerate" organ has as its origins the original 1903 Felgemaker organ, which was installed in the same chamber as the present instrument. The Verlinden Organ Co. of Milwaukie, WI built a "new" organ on new chests in 1959 utilizing the Felgemaker pipework with additions. The Verlinden console was given a new solid state comb.action around 2003. In the Wicks rebuild and enlargement, the Verlinden chests were retained and converted to direct-electric with other new chests added. The Verlinden console was also retained. Wicks emulated the original 3-sectional Felgemaker facade (7-9-7) from impost-up, and the Great is again unexpressive as the original Felgemaker had been.
