2008-11-10 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the installation of a used Wurlitzer of undocumented provenance. The Balcom and Vaughan opus list merely indicates "2-4 Wurlitzer, with additions." It is not known if a Balcom and Vaughan console replaced the original Wurlitzer, as was most often the case.
