2023-02-08 - Listed for sale in February issue of Diapason magazine classified ads with the note that the building is closing. The ad description says 8 ranks with 16 extentions for Pedal. The photo shows a free standing swell box with four ranks of pipes in front of it in a 'flower box' arrangement and the 16 foot extentions divided on either side. -Stephen Hall
