2009-02-06 - Identified through on-line information from Jim Lewis. -- Two-manuals. Recessed console with drawknobs in vertical rows on each side of the keyboards. Tall 16' case in a gallery at the front of the auditorium. -Database Manager
2010-03-10 - Updated through on-line information from Vincent Ho. -- This is the area of Oakland once referred to as 'Brooklyn.' The church is no longer Presbyterian, but Baptist: Grace Mission Baptist Church. The pastor told me that when they moved in (70s?), the organ was dismantled and destroyed, and the only thing left is the front. I was even allowed to go behind the auditorium to examine the organ, and all it seemed to have are the 16' pipes that served as the facade. Without those big pipes, it will make the auditorium looks odd as there will be a huge hole at the front of the auditorium. They don't have any organs. -Database Manager
2010-03-11 - Updated through on-line information from Vince Ho. -- Dismantled and destroyed when church was sold. -Database Manager
2019-04-17 - Updated by Jim Lewis, who has heard or played the organ.

This organ was not destroyed. In 1912, it was sold to St. Boniface Catholic Church in San Francisco. -Database Manager
