2012-10-18 - Updated through online information from Richard C Greene. -- The church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The school closed in 1959. As the numbers of clergy started to decline, St. Patrick-s lost its resident priest and it was clustered with other parishes in Monroe County. It has been run by a lay Parish Life Coordinator under the direction of a Canonical Pastor since the 1990s. -Database Manager

2015-04-18 - Updated through online information from Benjamin K. Hoskins. -- The church has remained open and still holds weekly Mass. In the 1950s the church's ceiling was lowered to save on heating costs. Subsequently, the top half of the organ (facade pipework/casework and possibly swell box) was removed in order to fit under the new ceiling. In the 1980s, another renovation to the church took place, this time altering/raising the balcony ceiling so that the organ could be restored to its previous state. Restorative work in the 1980s presumably completed by Phil Hoenig of Fort Madison, IA. -Database Manager
