     Swell, Great and Pedal divisions to be encased within
     especially designed, historically correct colonial 
     style case.  Display pipes in the façade are to be
     sprayed light pewter.  The Ruckpositiv is to be mounted
     on the gallery rail.  Pipes of the Prinzipal 4' are to
     be in the façade and constructed of high tin content
     metal.  There are to be doors at the rear of the 
     Ruckpositiv for egress of sound.
