Per Elim Website 2023/01/15: Elim's 5th and current Pipe Organ was
built by M. P. Möller (Opus 10927) in 1974 and expanded in 1979
under the direction of J. R. Gould & Sons, Inc. It is a 3-Manual,
30-Rank instrument consisting of 1,827 pipes in 5 divisions and
speaks from both the front and back of the sanctuary through pipe
chambers located above and behind the altar as well as the balcony.
The organ is used weekly at the 9:30am worship service, holiday
services and special occasions such as weddings and concerts.

Half of the organ's pipes along with several windchests were orig-
inally installed in Elim's 1930 Wangerin pipe organ (Opus 652) and
were repurposed for use in the 1974 installation. In 1979 the Anti-
phonal division (the part of the organ above/behind the altar) was
rebuilt using refurbished windchests and recycled pipework from at
least 5 different instruments. The current installation contains
parts from no less than 8 different instruments, the oldest parts
dating back to 1916. Two stops, one for the Pedal division and one
for the Great division, were prepared for but never installed.

From the organist:
The organ’s pipes and equipment come from at least 8 different instruments:
* 15 ranks of pipes were re-used from Elim’s previous 1930 Wangerin organ
* 9 ranks came from Möller in the 1974 rebuild, presumed built new

When the Antiphonal was 'refurbished' / 'expanded' in 1979:
* The chest came from Moller Op. 6245, Bohemian Presbyterian c. 1932,
   refurbished;
* Portions of the wiring and supports came from Moller Op. 9503, Elim
   Lutheran Church in Robbinsdale c. 1961
* The Oboe came from Moller Op. 3091, Stringfellow Memorial Protestant
   Episcopal in Blowing Rock, NC c. 1921;
* The Erzähler + Erzähler Celeste came from Skinner Op. 258, Trinity
   Episcopal Church in Toledo, Ohio, c. 1916;
* The Festival Trumpet came from Moller Op. 10297 (Elim is 10927),
   Cathedral Of St. Luke Ancon, Pennsylvania c. 1966;
* The 8-4 Gedeckt came from Moller Op. 3759, St. Paul's Lutheran Church
   in Springfield, MN ca. 1920's.
* Origin of the 8-4 Principal is unknown at this time but not believed
   to be of Wangerin provenance.

Additionally:
* Choir - Small offset windchest came from Moller Op. 7178, Wilson
   Presbyterian Church in Chairton PA, 1946.
* Pedal 8’-4’ Flute is former Wangerin Great Gross Flute on original
   windchest. 44 of 61 pipes used, remaining 17 missing. Cymbelstern
   sitting on top of windchest where missing pipes would be located.
