2023-08-12 - I met with the organist of First United Methodist/Presbyterian church on 08/11/23. The congregation uses the Prebyterian building for services. First Methodist Episcopal's building was on the northeast corner of 11th Street and Centre Street. Per the secretary of First United Methodist/Presbyterian (FUMP), the First Methodist/Presbyterian congregational merger took place in 1972 and the First Methodist building at 11th and Centre was torn down at that time. -Jack Umholtz
