2010-07-20 - Updated through online information from Chad Boorsma. -- The organ replaced a Pels organ that was used previously at the church. A dedicatory recital for the new instrument was held May 3, 1992, with Dr. James Kibbie at the console. Dr. Kibbie also served as consultant for the organ project, and Denis Campbell was the architect. The Positiv division is located just above the console, while the Great is located just above the Positiv. The Swell is located behind those two divisions, and the Pedal is at the rear. The organ case is constructed of Brazilian Mahogany, and the keys are of Padauk and Polished Bone. -Database Manager
