The facade pipes are from the 1924 Pilcher & Sons organ originally housed in this building. First UMC Asheboro is currently undergoing major renovations to the sanctuary and surrounding buildings. Upon completion I will provide pictures as well as a website for more information and original documentation. This organ is a joy to play and for just 16 ranks of pipes it is exceptional in supporting choral and congregational singing. -Database Manager
