2017-07-22 - The Agreement (Feb. 25, 1914) between M.P. Möller and the Masonic Lodge of Flushing, L.I., states that Möller agreed to "build an organ complete and ready for use on or before the 1st day of August 1914, or as soon after as possible." A note indicates the organ was shipped on July 25, 1914. For this organ, Möller used tubular-pneumatic action to operate the stops that were duplexed on both of the two manuals. Quartered oak was used for the casing, and the console was probably attached. The total cost of the organ was $2,000, payable in cash upon completion. -Database Manager
