The console and accessories to be new and of the standard
Möller type with vertical jambs and large ivory knobs; to
be made of solid black walbut to match choir stalls.

The front pipes are to be redecorated in gold bronze powder
and lacquered. The entire instrument is to be overhauled,
repaired, cleaned and regulated, and guaranteed for five
years. The time devoted to cleaning, repairing and regulating
is to be kept separate at $10.00 per day for man in charge 
and $6.00 to $8.00 for helpers according to experience and
ability and the church to be credited for any savings within
the $500.00 estimate for this time.
