2009-09-23 - Identified through online information from Will Dunklin. -- This organ, designated a style 235, was a twin to the Wurlitzer at the Loew's State Theatre, approximately 2 blocks away. Both this and the Loew's State Wurlitzer replaced Möller organs. The Loew's Palace Wurlitzer was sold ca. 1961 when the theatre was remodeled for Cinerama. The Loew's Palace Theatre was torn down in 1985. This theatre was at times operated by Malco Theatres and Paramount Publix Theatres with occasional name changes. When built and when torn down though, the name was Loew's Palace. -Database Manager
