NOTES
According to the Russell & Co. website, the organ was free-standing and encased at
the front of the room. The case was of chestnut with walnut accents. The façade pipes
were stenciled.

In 1911, a “Kinetic” electric blower was installed at a cost of “$193.00 less 10%”.
Records indicate that the blower was shipped to D.H. Bailey of Bradford. It was at
this time that the hand-pumping mechanism was disabled.

The organ was later electrified in 1960 and enlarged to 13 ranks. In 2005 it was re-
placed with a new mechanical-action instrument incorporating the Cole & Woodberry
case expanded, and surviving Cole & Woodberry pipework.
