2009-10-01 - Identified by Riley Wes Mitchell from information furnished by Casavant Frères, courtesy of Simon Couture. Destroyed by fire in 1982; replaced by op. 3569 -Database Manager

2011-01-25 - Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- Damaged beyond repair by fire in 1982; the console was replaced in 1983 by 3/62 Casavant Op. 3569, retaining and rebuilding the console from Op. 3477, as well as retaining the blowers. -Database Manager
