2021-01-19 - First Congregational Church of Pontiac sold the Gothic-style building in 1997 to investors who renovated it and made it The Sanctum nightclub. It was sold in 1999 and later reopened as Clutch Cargo’s, which shut down in 2013; the building was then sold to a family who donated it to Grace Gospel Fellowship, who spent over $2 million to convert the buildings, including the 650-seat sanctuary, for their use. -Jeff Scofield
