2025-03-27 - I spotted this instrument some time back in a real estate listing. Just now I spotted it again, same house of course, this time in a youtube video: https://youtu.be/PELfFjp_FxU?t=786 Zooming in on the paused video, "4299" is clearly visible on the builder's plate. Per the homeowner's obituary (https://www.cooperfh.com/obituary/william-hayes), at some point ownership of this instrument was transferred to William Lowell Hayes of Irmo, GA, who relocated some or all of it to his new-construction home as a gift to his wife, Martha. This was possibly in the 1970's when the house was being built, as the organ is well integrated into the open atrium living area.
