2025-03-27 - I spotted this instrument some time back in a real estate listing. Just now I spotted it again, same house of course, this time in a youtube video: https://youtu.be/PELfFjp_FxU?t=786 Zooming in on the paused video, "4299" is clearly visible on the builder's plate. Per the homeowner's obituary (https://www.cooperfh.com/obituary/william-hayes), at some point ownership of this instrument was transferred to William Lowell Hayes of Irmo, GA, who relocated some or all of it to his new-construction home as a gift to his wife, Martha. This was possibly in the 1970's when the house was being built, as the organ is well integrated into the open atrium living area. The home was demolished in 2024, and the final disposition of Opus 4299 is unknown. Information received online from Steve Lagotte on 2025-03-26 -Paul R. Marchesano
