2022-01-25 - From a published history of Henry County, Illinois (page 50), *"On Christmas Day, 1904, the congregation celebrated Christmas in their new and beautiful God's house. The cost was $4,56.56 and was free from debt. By the dedication services January 25, 1905, the Young People's Society had donated a $650.00 organ..."* -Jim Stettner

2022-01-25 - The church didn't change its name to Grace Lutheran until 1963. In 2019, after 130 years of service, the church closed its doors. -Jim Stettner
