2010-01-02 - Identified through on-line information from John Igoe. -- The congregation distributes a brochure which mentions this previous instrument: "(In) 1872, a new organ was finally installed for a cost of $2,600. The Pomplitz Company of Baltimore, Maryland constructed it and J.C. Engelbrecht oversaw its design. The Pomplitz organ served the congregation well, and it was not replaced until 1950." -Database Manager
