2010-01-04 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This is a slightly expanded version of the firm's ELM practice/teaching instrument - so named for it's original designer: Earl L. Miller. 5-sectional façade with 31 pipes arranged: 3-3-19-3-3. Solid cherry case. Manuals have bone naturals and ebony sharps. Drawknobs of pau ferro with engraved inserts. Visual design by Don Olson. 3-stop mechanical unit Pedal which begins as stopped wood and changes to open metal. Voicing gradually changes from flute timbre in the bass to principal timbre in the 4' range. Music rack features an inlaid Griffin. -Database Manager
