2010-02-06 - Electrification of existing 1910 Kilgen organ. Mr. Daniels supplied a used Pilcher console at the time. Altered ca. 2005 with addition of solid-state memory system. Chimes appear to have been added at the time the organ was converted to electric action. -Database Manager
2016-02-21 - Updated through online information from James (Bud) Taylor.
For years, it was thought that this was a Pilcher organ, there being a Pilcher console in place. We (A. E. Schlueter Pipe Organ Co.) learned differently when we had to remove the organ due to the church ceiling collapsing this past fall.

As we dismantled the organ, we found on numerous Pedal Bourdon pipes and elsewhere, the stenciled-only logo consisting of a letter "K", within a square diamond outline. This same logo appeared on the inner surface of the Swell front shade-frame as well. (See photos). The organ was originally tracker, but was provided with e/p pull-down actions when the organ was renovated in the early 1960's.

Repairs and renovations will be made to the organ while it is out, during which time, a new ceiling will be installed, and other renovations will be effected within the church. -Database Manager
