High voltage wiring and switch for the blower-motor to be at the charge of the Purchaser. 5. The pipes of the old organ to be dismantled by the organbuilders and packed and shipped to St. Hyacinthe, P.Q. where they will be thoroughly cleaned, repaired, revoiced and used again as indicated in the specification. 6.
