1.   Existing console to be used with its present couplers and pistons and arranged in accordance with the above stoplist.  New facings to be fitted to the natural and sharp keys.
2.   New manual chests, building frame, reservoirs to be supplied for the Great and Swell, also a new Swell expression box and expression motor.
3.   New pedal chests to be supplied for stop Bourdon and extensions.
4.   A new blower of 1½ H.P. to be supplied, also a transformer-rectifier for the organ-action current.  High voltage wiring and switch for the blower-motor to be at the charge of the Purchaser.
5.   The pipes of the old organ to be dismantled by the organbuilders and packed and shipped to St. Hyacinthe, P.Q. where they will be thoroughly cleaned, repaired, revoiced and used again as indicated in the specification.
6.   No casework, grills or display pipes to be suppled by Organbuilders.
