       A new C C pipes to be added to all manual stops, and a new
       C.C C pipe added to the Pedal stops to bring the pitch 
       down to 440-A.  New treble pipes to be added to all old
       manual and pedal stops to extend the compass to 68 notes 
       on the manuals and 32 notes on the pedal.  All the old
       pipes to be shipped to the factory and cleaned.

       * new pipework; everything else is from the previous organ.
