Notes

2010-04-20 - Identified through on-line information from Chad Boorsma. -- This was a rebuild of Reuter Opus 994, from the early 1950s, after it was damaged by hurricane Hugo in 1989. Brief synopsis: The organ was originally built by Reuter in 1952 with an Antiphonal division added by Dyer in 1983. The organ was destroyed by Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and rebuilt by Dyer in 1991 with a new console. The organ received a new high-profile 4-manual Reuter console in 1997, and subsequently Reuter did further work on the organ, including adding a new division. -Database Manager
