Notes

2010-06-14 - Identified through on-line information from Jeff Scofield. In 1962, the apartment complex to the left of the sanctuary was converted into units for retirees; the church closed in 1973; in 1975, the buildings were converted into the Boulevard Temple Retirement Community. -Database Manager

2013-01-21 - Updated through online information from William M. Worden. -- The church sanctuary was converted to a multi-story nursing facility probably more than twenty years ago. I do not know the disposition of the organ, but it is no longer there. -Database Manager
