2010-06-18 - Identified through online information from Stephen Hall. -- Rebuild of Opus 6157, which appears to have replaced Opus 5685 following a fire. -Database Manager

2016-08-23 - Not sure why the organ received an R-series (Rebuild) number because, according to the Op. R-140 specs, it was a completely new Series 80 organ retaining from Op. 6157 only the Chimes and existing front pipes. -Database Manager
