2014-02-07 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by Rodney J. Weed, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- When installed in 1918 this was a mechanical action organ with manual winding. In the 1940's the organ was rebuilt by Schaefer and Sons of Slinger Wisconsin. Mechanical action was changed and a new console was added along with six new ranks of pipes bringing the organ to 18 Ranks. In the 1970's Chris Feiereisen of Manitowoc, WI rewired the organ adding a 12 level memory to the combination action, transposer and Peterson MIDI control system. -Database Manager
