2011-01-23 - Identified through on-line information from Chad Boorsma. -- The organ was originally installed by W. W. Kimball in 1929 in Central Reformed Church in Muskegon, Michigan. It was enlarged in 1964 by Roscoe Wheeler. It was sold ca. 2000 and installed in 2005 in the Tuft residence in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The console is from Organ Supply Industries and was originally part of the organ at the former Calvin College campus in Grand Rapids. The Pedal 16' Bourdon is also from the Wangerin organ, formerly at Calvin. The 16' Bombarde (Trombone) on the Pedal was formerly part of the Casavant organ at Wealthy Street Baptist Church in Grand Rapids. Some other ranks from various sources were added during this installation. -Database Manager

2011-01-23 - The organ is located in an addition on the east side of the home with the pipes speaking through openings into the living room/dining room areas. The console is located in the dining room area. -Database Manager
