2011-03-27 - Identified through online information from Chad Boorsma -- The organ was removed from the church by the church by Jim Hammann and John DeMajo during post-Hurricane Katrina renovation (ca. 2009) and was not be placed back in the church. The contractor who was doing the Katrina flood repairs said it would be put into the dumpster if it wasn't removed from the building. The case, pipe work, chest, and other components were incorporated into the expansion of St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland, Louisiana (information from John DeMajo). -Database Manager
