  Case of quartered oak to extend the full width of alcove, and to be
  bracketed over two feet in order to leave more space for the singers.
  Front pipes decorated in gold and colors.  Tubular-Pneumatic Action
  throughout.  Water motor to set on the bellows square acting feeders,
  figures based upon 70 lbs water pressure, water pipes to be at the
  charge of the church, all the rest to be done by the builders.
