Case of oak, after design #12, altered to suit the place, with front
pipes decorated in gold and colors. Organ to be blown by a water motor,
acting on separate feeders, placed in the cellar or basement, figures
based on 50 lbs. pressure, wind to be conveyed to organ by a metallic
windtrunk; water pipes and necessary excavation for motor (as the case
may be) to be at the charge of the purchasers. A record of the water
pressure to be furnished free of charge by the purchasers, according to
instructions given by the builders.
