Case of quarter cut white oak for panels and plain oak for framework
85 feet wide, in the style of the design 177-D, with front pipes
decorated in plain gold bronze, and woodwork finished in the dull
wax golden shade as per sample accepted.
Organ to be blown by a water motor to work directly on bellows feeders,
figures based on 60 lbs. pressure; water pipes and necessary excavation
for motor (as the case may be) to be at the charge of the purchasers.
A record of the water pressure to be furnished free of charge by the
purchasers, according to instructions given by the builders.
