    DETAILS OF RELOCATION, MODIFICATION AND ENLARGEMENT OF THE 1983 SCHANTZ
    PIPE ORGAN LOCATED AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, ROANOKE, VIRGINIA

 1. Hoisting and removal from the existing building.
 2. Hoisting and reinstallation in the new building.
 3. Complete tonal refinishing at the church.
 4. New Pedal 16' Violone (32 pipes) and chest.
 5. New exposed 16' Violone (#1-12) with new chests and casework.
 6. New Pedal 16' Violone drawknob.
 7. New exposed Pedal 16' Principal (#1-12) with new chest and casework.
 8. New reservoir, chest and revoicing of existing Choir 8' Trompette Heroique.
 9. Removal of existing Pedal 16' Posaune, revoicing, and leathering of the
    shallots.
10. Replace the existing Swell 8' Trompette and 4' Clairon with all new pipes.
11. Modification to existing Swell 16' Basson: Reuse the Swell 16' Basson 
    #1-18, use the present 4' Clairon pipes #25-61, provide six new pipes
    from #19-24, and revoicing.
12. Enlargement of the Choir box.
13. Addition of Choir 8' Oboe (61 pipes).
14. New drawknob for the new Choir 8' Oboe (61 pipes).
15. Reworking of the floor frame, wind conductors, reservoir and swell motor
    locations.
16. All Antiphonal couplers, markers, reversibles, etc. renamed to Ancillary.
17. Organ façade consisting of the present Antiphonal organ, twelve new pipes
    of the Pedal 16' Principal with casework, and twelve new pipes of the
    Pedal 16' Violone with casework.
