2011-12-19 - Updated through online information from Richard C Greene. -- November 2011: Dobson undertook restorative repairs of the organ. The instrument suffered from some original faults and deferred maintenance. A number of large pipes were beginning to fall due to insufficient racking and replacements for the original electrical system and swell motor were not working properly. Dobson built new racking, repaired collapsing pipes, troubleshot electrical faults, re-engineered the swell mechanism and provided a full tuning. A complete cleaning and reestorative re-regulation of the voicing will be undertaken in the future. -Database Manager
