2012-04-21 - For the second Brooklyn Tabernacle, an organ was built in 1873 by George Jardine & Son of New York City. This organ featured a detached console about ten feet from the case, an unenclosed Orchestral Organ located above the Great, and a façade surmounted by the Song Trumpet. Both the Great and Orchestral divisions employed pneumatic assistance. This organ and the church were destroyed by fire in 1889. -Database Manager
