2012-06-19 - Identified through online information from Will Dunklin. -- The Pantages opened in 1921. It was designed by nationally recognized movie palace architect B. Marcus Priteca to have the organ under the stage and speaking into the orchestra pit. In 1928 the theatre was bought by, and renamed, the Warner Brothers Theatre. In 1968 a few incomplete ranks were salvaged before the theatre was torn down. -Database Manager
