Ca. 1984, it was purchased by a private party in Vancouver, B.C., Canada where it was installed in a trailer home. When the owners planned on moving to a house boat, they offered the instrument for sale for $3,000.00 (U.S.). It was purchased by Dennis & Carol Coerber of rural Everett, Washington in 1989 for $2,750.00, and was installed in their home by them. After its installation it was tuned by Herb Heustis of Pt. Roberts, WA. and Vancouver, B.C. The organ was again relocated in May of 2010, this time to the home of Ken and Dolores Norton of Tacoma, Washington.
