2012-08-23 - Updated through online information from Eric Frailing. -- This organ was the culmination of a grand acoustics project, which included a full renovation of the balcony, configured specifically for this pipe organ installation. Other acoustical treatments included replacing the sanctuary carpet with porcelain tile and acoustical clouds above the choir space in the balcony. The organ is installed in two expressive chambers in the rear of the balcony along the central axis of the sanctuary . It replaced an organ that was assembled with pipes from various other organs and installed in two chambers (with facade ranks) on opposite sides at the rear of the church. -Database Manager
