2012-09-15 - Identified through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- Ochse, 1975, reports "[Eli] Bruce was a skilled mechanic. Adept in many of the practical arts, he was a cooper, mason, clockmaker, and inventor of several machines. Bruce later (1790) completed a four-stop organ of his own, consisting of a Stopt Diapason, Principal, Twelfth, and Fifteenth. Probably Leavitt's organ contained a similar specification." -Database Manager
